Congrats to you Charley! It's a beautiful morning here, will get out and do my normal walk around the neighborhood. Then I am going to work on getting our van/small rv ready for a camping trip to the desert next week. We will be spending 3 nights out with my brother, hubby picked up a small, used dirt bike, should be lots of fun.

Karla - we studied Soils yesterday at the MG program. It is an important and interesting topic, but our speaker was a little dry and didn't bring in any visuals, which I think would have helped. All is going well with the program and I am still loving it!!

Have a great day all!

You guys are so funny-er, I mean helpful!
I put in a really long workout today. And, last night we made a new and delicous discovery, these Hershey cookies, they're chocolate cookies with caramel on top, then dipped in chocolate~OH BABY~they are super good!
Here's something that might help you Karla-or Mr Karla How To Tie a Tie | eHow.com it has video instructions too! We just basically never UNtie them once they're tied!
My son is sick down there in TX, by Fort Hood; trying to be Dr Mom from this far away is kind of a heartbreaker. Poor kid.
Anyway, it must be pretty nice out-I'm seeing squirrels all over playing squirrel tag or whatever it is they do! Have a nice Friday everyone.

You think looking at pictures of dirt will perk up the lecture?

I've been to some lectures in my life where looking at pictures of dirt would only have improved the situation.

Hi everybody.
Charley, dig in and have a good time doing it. You only live once. Congrats on your weight loss. Keep it up.
Karla's antenna thing reminds me of how we have to use our cell phones here at home. We're in the country and have bad reception. We have 2 places we can stand or sit. One is back here in the computer room standing at the window practically doing a yoga pose and the other is sitting on one of the toilets.
I got my ionic foot detox today in the mail and used it this evening. I've been doing chair massage all afternoon at the health food store and did water aerobics this morning. A couple of the instructors are starting to pick up the pace in that class now with more cardio moves.
We are officially now under contract after all this piddley bs has gone back and forth all week. I'm still hoping everything goes well with inspection, whenever that will be. Closings on the 4th now.
You all have a great evening.

I can't wait to hear about how this turns out. I have been tempted to buy some just for the fun factor! Kinda like Biore strips for your nose. Entertaining in a gross sorta way.
I went to spin class today. It was fun to get back into it. I have to build up those " down there" muscles again. It is a little tender sitting tonight. I have gel shorts somewhere, but had gone to the gym planning to do pilates and went to spin class instead. My fault.
