Hi Ladies!!

I just came back from a cruise (it's spring break) and our cruise director calls himself "Karl with a K" (literally!) and I thought about you Karla!

Hope all is well everybody. Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Good evening all!

I see all of you have been very busy today!

Karla, good luck for Mr. Karla!
JnR, have a save and fun trip!

Today was the first day alone with DS since January. Hubby is still at this training center and my mom back to work so the days of giving him away in the morning and creeping back to bed are over

But DS was nice to me though and let me sleep till 7:20 a.m. which is quite acceptable .

While playing with him in the morning I did some new ab exercises. Yesterday evening my cousin, who will be a physiotherapist in a few weeks, showed me something new which isn't so exhausting for the back. I tried them and they are really exhausting

Also took a small walk with DS to my grandparents and back so we caught a whiff fresh air.

At the moment I should be learning but I'm not very enthusiastic about marketing stuff. My friend will come in about 20 minutes.
Only 2 and a half more weeks till exams so we meet every evening to learn together. That helps a lot.

I hope you enjoy the St. Patty's day!

Happy St. Patricks Day to you all.
I missed my first class this morning. I still don't like it being dark when I get up but I did do water aerobics and that was a decent workout today for the upper body.
Our buyers are coming out today to see if the opening to get under the house is sufficient enough for them or if it needs to be larger. You've got to be pretty slinky to get under but we'll see how he feels about it. I hope it doesn't need to be larger.
Welcome back Foma. Hope you had a good time on your cruise and for the ones that are traveliing this week, be safe.

Good morning everyone. It's too early for the Tuesday message but I wanted to check in and report that I've just come back from the hotel fitness center having done 30 minutes (and 1.3 miles) on the treadmill.

Yesterday, I ate too well BUT I could have been a lot worse. I went to a casino buffet last night and only had two plates of food and one small plate of dessert. I also was able to keep away from the sweet tea all day! That's an accomplishment.

On the agenda today is my favorite barbeque restaurant. I might have the sweet tea (which is too hard to resist with barbeque) but pass up the dessert. It's a compromise.

I hope everyone has a SWEET day today, without necessarily having to consume the sweets to enjoy the day.

Charley

P.S. Yes, I won somemoney at the casino!

well whew it was a busy day yesterday

the vet said ralph is a great dog
she wants me to put 3 or 4 pounds on him and gave him some antibiotics for his little cough and for his incision that has 1 popped stitch.

we learned this morning that he can't eat all the little extra's that the other 2 are use to, I guess his little tummy is not use to rich people food treats. he threw up a little during the night and ewww I discovered it with my foot this morning

Mr karla said the interview went well he said there were 5 *gulp* folks interviewing him. lol he said he liked this place much better than the "bouncing off the wall" company interview he had on friday.

I finally found the time to do the weeding around 6 last night 3 bags full lol good thing we have that extra hour in the evenings.

song I can send lola over if you need the opening bigger, she is good at digging

ok off to start today thread
