Good morning everyone

Today is our first official "stress free zone day" here on the exercise thread

Releeeeease the stress
feel it flow out with each deep breath
ahhhhhh
now don't you feel relaxed

tee hee is anyone else giggling

Taking little ralph to get his stitches out at 8:30 and then picking up quite a few lovely items for the fundraiser

will be walking in the beautiful weather that is predicted this afternoon

see adding a calming relaxed tone to the "to do list" so there is no chance "Stanly Stress" can sneak in

so how will you keep "Stanly " away

goooood moooorrnning (said in soothing voice between deep breaths in a room with candles burning and a tranquil fountain dripping)
Yes, I'm giggling but mostly because of "Stanly Stress"(did you pick a male name on purpose... hehe no offense intended) and Fuzzy's comment yesterday about the "magic wand".
Day 2 of sunshine and temperature around 50... I feel better already! *ooooooooooooooooooommmmmmmmm*
I am going to spend my stress free day shopping and taking Bella on a long walk, then I will head to the gym this afternoon for some stress relieving cardio/weights.
Have a great day!

Good morning girls and boys. Well Wilma is still visiting, in fact she now made here way into a bit of a chest cold. Going to try and fight it off today with lots of tea and warm lemon water. I just can't get myself to do any exercising yet. Have a great day!

Good morning everyone. I'm taking a day to relax. I did my two miles yesterday afternoon. After dinner, my wife wanted to go out and walk and so I did a THIRD mile! WOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO!!

Mid-week weight check = 270.5

Everyone be sure to take a few minutes today and smell the roses. If it's cold where you live and the flowers have not yet bloomed, go spray some room deodorizer and sniff. Take a moment and enjoy. Share a kind word. Spread some sunshine. Give cookies. BAKE cookies. EAT cookies. Darn, now I'm hungry. See ya later!

Charley

Hey, tlb, can we please turn off the fountain??? It makes me wanna go to the bathroom!

Charley, I like your thinking!

Not much to stress out about here, fortunately. Except when we get in the car. DH goes into a major personality change. Nasty words and names fly all over the place. Everybody on the road (except for him, of course) is an idiot and doesn't know how to drive. I think I need earplugs!

Anyway....not much to report on the exercise side here. Lazy Susan is still here. I do want to hit the gym tomorrow. There's a couple who've been exercising with me all winter and they're headed back north on Saturday, so I'd like to say goodbye. I hope they show up!

Have a wonderful day, all.

I think I must have ESP Karla. I actually slept all night woke up at 7 a.m. then finally got up at 7:45 a.m. I can't remember the last time I did that. I slept so hard that the old "frog" look is taking a while to go away. Once I have had a relaxing cuppa or two I'll be heading out for a nice relaxin jaunt the neighborhood

Have a great day everyone and get better soon, Jeannie

Charley Charley WAY TO GO!!!
It's a rainy cold nasty day here, although they are predicting warm weather by July...
Did my working out for the day. Yesterday was 'warm' enough to walk a little around our back yard. What a mess. But it is supposed to snow, so there's that!
Have a Super Stress-Free day. Pet your pets! Works wonders!
OH NMS/Pattie-I think most men think everyone on the road is an idiot driver except them, and, you know, they can't ALL be right!

ok how can bagels translates into "double coconut dipped in dark chocolate"
I go into my sisters with ralph in tow all excited for my bagels and she says
'ooo instead of bagels I gotyou some of the candy I know you like so much" !!!!
now remember they sent me 5 or 6 boxes last year and I still have some

I want my bagels

so back from my running no wait it is no stress day back from my leisurely drive to the beach to pickup more donations

nms we are not even going to discuss how Mr karla thinks everyone should drive sigh lol
