Good morning! After a nice Outback dinner last night, we met with our realtor back at the house who felt everything went fairly smoothly with the inspection. Of course we have to wait for the full report and hear back from the buyer's attorney, but we feel very good about things. Next Monday will be the septic inspection.Thank you to everyone for all of your positive thoughts and prayers. So what are your plans for today? Work today for me so no exercising. Tea with sugar in the raw and soymilk... ...have a wonderful Wednesday! http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/wednesday-1.jpg (broken link) Jeannie

Good morning, Jeannie. I'm glad that your realtor has a good feeling.

Will go home from work early today. Then get my hair done and pack my clothes and then off to pick up my friend and go to the photographer. I'm so excited!

Okay, didn't eat the second bun for lunch b/c I still wasn't hungry.

Had a small rice pudding snack and a pear instead.

Good morning! Glad to have a hump day. When hump day is over Mr. VA's workweek is over. His back is giving him a fit and we need to do some decisions on money matters. We were lucky the stock with the largest amount was unchanged yesterday. The way the stock market was going, that was almost a miracle. I cannot imagine trying to buy or sell a house today.

Coffee and milk
banana
peanut bar

Good morning all.

Dinner last night was stuffed pork chops (stuffed with sausage, fresh grated parmesan, mushrooms, and garlic), and broccoli.

Jeannie... congrats on the inspection going well. Will keep the positive thoughts going until you hear from the buyers!!

Diana, don't forget to let us see some of those pics!!

NCN, I hope the hubby feels better!

6:45 - Two breakfast tacos, vitamins, 1/2 Coke.

Will be doing the gym today. Going to start working weights into the workout.

Have a great day, all!

Rathogos, thank you. I finally got him to go to bed for a massage. He doesn't go to work until noon. He is really walking stiff and he drops things. I know that is probably no hope in getting him to go to the doctor today, but I will be ready for him tomorrow.

Just noticed you are a Navy retiree. My son was on the USS Santa Barbara and the USS Sylvania (after it was recommissioned) during Desert Storm. He was also at Patuxent River. Jeannie is going to go live near him in a few months.

Morning all-Jeannie sounds great for you.

Diana-have a blast and don't forget to show us the pix.

NCN-can sympathize with DH. And yes the market is so scary-I hate to look at ours!

Steve-have a wonderful day.

Same breakfast, lunch probably cottage cheese and avocado, dinner maybe pasta w/brocolli, olive oil/garlic.

I know a little of how me must feel. In 1998, we were on deployment in the Arabian (Persian) Gulf. One of the guys that works for me had a seizure in berthing, so the guys called me to come help him. We only had 2 corpsmen (medical personnel) on board our destroyer, so after his seizure stopped, I carried him over my shoulder to medical. During the process, I somehow twisted my spine. The corpsmen on the ship told me there was nothing they could do, so they sent me to the nearest aircraft carrier (where they have real doctors). The doctor there tried to twist it back into alignment, but to no avail. I had to wait (about 2 months) until the deployment was over to seek shore-based medical treatment.

But I transferred to Texas as soon as the deployment was over... so I had to wait to get seen by the doctors here. I received about 2 months of physical therapy, but still have back pains (can't sit or stand in the same position for more than about 10 minutes). When I retired, the military said they couldn't compensate me for it because it wasn't "service related". I'm still trying to get that all fixed!

So.. as in my usual looooong story ways... I can empathize with him on those back pains. Why does he get his pains? Injury?
