Good morning! Last night went to bed by 9:00 until almost 7:00 am. Must have needed it. Today I'm off and a visit to the gym this morning, some house cleaning, laundry, and then after school taking the kids shopping for Halloween costumes. So, whats on your schedule for today? Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk so far......happy Thursday to all! Jeannie

Morning all from another snowy day.

NCN thanx for the wonderful MB link.

Lisa-you are working off the calories with all that labor.

Everyone did so well yesterday-congrats.

Last night I had a cheeseburger and did snatch a few fries from Mr. L-yum.

Breakfast the normal yog/fruit.
Lunch-?
Dinner-not sure yet.

Happy Thurs all and Jeannie enjoy your day off.

Good morning...It's a foggy morning here in Southern California...they are predicting 85 degrees today and 90 for tomorrow!

Jeannie...you sound like you have a full day ahead of you...hope you can also get some rest!

Lacey...sounds like a really early winter for you and that cheeseburger you had for dinner sounds wonderful!

Lisa...I agree with Lacey...you are surely working off the calories! I can't wait to see the finished house...I wish I could hire you to come do mine!

So far I've only had my coffee...today is lunch out...and I'd like to make some white chili for dinner if I can get everything together.

Have a great day ladies...

Jeannie....that is awesome. You make me tired. I can't even run my 3.2 without being exausted. But then I haven't been to the gym in 3 weeks.

Hey everyone!

Another rainy, grey and stormy day with only 38°F.

It was a rather long day with getting my allergy shot right after work and needing to wait at the doc's.
Anyhoo' dinner is over and DS is sleeping at my parents' b/c they both have a day off tomorrow and want to bring him to the day nursery.

I just want to clean up the kitchen, take a bath, pop a DVD into the player and iron a huge basket of clothes while waiting for DH to come home.

1 slice of buttered brioche yummie!
1 slice w/w bread with mushroom/cheese salad
1 banana
1 sandwich out of the sandwich press
half a yogurt
1 chicken wrap + the rest of DS's wrap (I can't believe he eats that lol)

Okay, off for today! See you!

(No; I won't be doing this lol)

Cute picture Diana.

Lunch was out after shopping and was a bowl of beef barley soup.

Dinner-out again and will probably be 3 wings.
