Dinner-pot roast with load of veggies and ginger snap gravy, mashed for Mr. L.

Good morning Judi. Thank you for getting things started today. Hopefully quiet here, still chilly though in the 50's. Suppose to warm up to the 70's this week. Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk so far.... Breakfast will be my regular, oatmeal with blueberries and soymilk. Lunch probably my yogurt with flaxseed and Grapenuts. Exciting life I lead, don't I? For dinner, the kids are asking for whole wheat chocolate chip pancakes. I will probably have the same without the chocolate. Judi, I've never made these before. Do I use the semi sweet chocolate chips?

Good morning Sunday folks!

Jeannie, busy as usual with the kids!

I am having the same breakfast as Jennie, but adding the flaxseed.

Going out with mom and see what we are going to have all day. Usually we don't eat anything very heavy.

Have a happy one!
