Morning Jeannie and all-yep week's half over-time just flies.

Another miserable grey, rainy /snowy day here.

Breakfast-will be yog/fruit.
Lunch-either soup or cottage cheese. Every avocado I've nought in the past few weeks has ended up in the garbage. Feel great but open and they are jet black inside.
Dinner-rigatoni and leftover sausage.

Happy Hump Day friends.

Morning Jeannie and Lacey.

I used to love hump day when I was working.. It gave me an edge to continue on.
now that I'm retired..... I dont' know what day it is? One day rolls into another. In fact......One month rolls into another.
Seems like this year just started and here the holidays will be here soon with another year.
Kind of scary
Happy Wednesday

looks like a pretty decent day here.

Lets see what to eat.
Probably 2 slices of WW toast with 1 1/2 of strawberries
lunch......fried tomatoes with beans and possible 1/4 reduced shredded cheese
Dinner left over pot roast

Good morning ladies. Thank you for the Birthday wishes. The contractor didn't show last night so I pigged out at Red Lobster. So no more excuses to delay being good today.

So far black coffee. Cereal with fruit for breakfast.

Greek salad for lunch.

Dinner will be another salad. trying to clean out the refrigerator before shopping tomorrow.

Have a great day.

http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h97/Precious_Blossom/Autumn.gif (broken link)Good afternoon all.

Judi - this weather sounds like snuggling up on the sofa with some hot tea and a good book!

Lisa - I hope you had a nice birthday!

I'm feeling a little better. Went to work for 3 hours to get a few things done and raced back home to pick up DS. He was looking forward to getting picked up from his mom who doesn't have much time during the weeks usually...

Anyhoo', we watched a little TV before I put him to bed for his after lunch nap. My mil picked him up a little while ago to play with him, as she always does on Wednesdays.

No breakfast
Lunch: 2 slices of pork fillet in onion gravy with fried grated potatoes along with some peas
Snack: half a slice of cheese cake

I hope the weather will stay that nice: http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h97/Precious_Blossom/kite-1.gif?t=1250438351 (broken link) so I can go and fly DS's kite with him at the weekend.

Stay warm and safe!
Diana

Good morning ladies...happy Wednesday!

ladybee...have fun with your sister!

Izzy...your blend reminds me of that broccoli salad they serve at the Claim Jumper...and it is yummy!

Chickrae...have a good day!

Diana...glad you're feeling better...enjoy your quiet time!

Judi...stay warm...I'd trade weather with you for a few days if I could!

elizamary...isn't that the truth...since retiring, I don't know what day it is sometimes, and the time just flies by...seems like it's the Holidays everytime I turn around!! It is a bit scary!

Lisa...glad you enjoyed Red Lobster...I love that place!

Jeannie...I love your post...I wish I could add cute things to mine!

Okay...so far I've only had my coffee...I'm now mixing it with Vanilla Soy Milk and French Vanilla Coffee Creamer...I figure it's an improvement over just plain creamer!

Not sure about the rest of the day, but breakfast will be cottage cheese with pineapple...compliments of dear friend ladybee!!

Have a good day ladies...I'll check back...

....Later!
