Hello Dallas. Basically from the feedback I have received, it pretty much appears that both Houston and Dallas are both the best places to go. So now I ask Dallas to please give me un-bias opinions on both Houston and Dallas and let me know which is the better place to go. Also tell me which place is friendlier. I love friendly people and I am very outgoing.
As I mentioned I am an African-American female, married and have two children ages 9 and 5. Hope this helps.

Wherever the job is, that's the place to be. Both Houston and Dallas are very friendly. Dallas is more of a 4 seasons kind of place as it does get colder here during the winter. Both can be unbearably hot in the summer, but Houston has higher humidity. Houston has the advantage of being close to the beach. While each city has it's own vibe, they are both so large and diverse that you can find the kind of neighborhood that appeals to you in either place. I'm really not trying to start another Houston v. Dallas bashfest by the following comment, but IMO Dallas is easier on the eyes than Houston (due to Houston's lack of zoning).
