Is there a law or an ordinance via the city of Plano or Collin county that prohibits panhandlers?

Also i have been unable to find an answer to the question which is.

Does the law require Counties and cities to have their ordinances listed online viewable by the public?

Thanks in advance for the Help.

There is no state law that requires anything at all to be posted online. The state legislature and the print media actually fight against websites being considered official.

No idea, but it's probably against the law.

The bible's recommended punishment for working on the Sabbath is stoning! I doubt Plano even has a law, but the easiest way to find out is by calling 311. Or here:

Because if you're stoned, the only work you'll be doing is ripping open bags of Doritos and phoning in a pizza order.

It's over 100 degrees out. If roofers want to start at 6:30am to prevent heat stroke a couple days out of the year, I'd let them. I can always take a nap later on Sunday in my comfy AC.

Not sure about Plano, but construction is not permitted in Dallas on Sundays. Weekdays construction is permitted 7am-7pm and 9am-7pm on Saturdays and Holidays.
