Hey Guys,

I want your opinion on this particular Frisco home. I want to know if you guys know a little more about its location, its subdivision, and how is the ISD that it is located in.

Thank you so much.

The first home is super nice obviously but the neighborhood has a lot of empty nesters and retirees so if you have kids that are looking to play outside or even make friends, it will be difficult for them. Also the community pool is not inside the neighborhood, you have to walk down the down close to Legacy and 121 to access it. I'll drop you a DM about other info that I can't share on a public forum.

The second one in Plark Place lacks the unique effect. It's a standard Shaddock home similar to their plans that they build in Pearson Farms, Stonelake Estates too but this one is more plain than others. I think they are in a close out in this neighborhood which is why they have it priced lower. The lot is pretty small here too.

6,000sf on a 90x130 lot??! You realize the driveway, patio, and pool are the only outdoor space, right? Maybe it doesn't matter to you to not have grass, but that is a lot of house for that lot.

The neighborhood is in Lewisville ISD. Hebron HS is ok, but nowhere near as academically strong as the Flower Mound schools in the same district.

Sweet house! Tiny lot!

For me personally, the land underneath is more important than the house that sits on it. I would drive a smidge further north and build in a Town where I could have that house on a larger lot-although the land will be worth even less. I know you have looked in FloMo in the past, I would urge you to stay with that town if you can over Frisco or it's neighbors. The schools are stronger and the town, in my opinion, has more promise in terms of holding it's values in the future.

Nicely appointed home though.

GET a realtor--
you are picking the brains of people who may know something specific about what you are asking or people who just have an opinon and a free opinion is worth just that...
Naima is a realtor--not that she is soliciting your business--
but hers is a professional opinion--
GET a realtor that knows the areas you are interested in--
you were asking about Keller in another post--
get a realtor in each location and have comps pulled
but you are going to have to be the final decision maker--

That is one of the most obscene McMansions I have ever seen. What would you even do with that big of a house? Grow weed? Play basketball indoors?
