Doing a little research on neighborhoods along the George Bush Turnpike; what's the Firewheel area like?
Any comparisons to other places E. of 75 along GB would be appreciated.
Thanks!

On the north side in Firewheel it is upper mid to upper end when you get to the gated neighborhoods. $200- current high listing of $700k

Most people wouldn't spend more than 350K in Garland. Fire wheel neighborhood is really nice compared to most of the Garland.

You would be surprised. Plenty do as the market is there.

I was in the Firewheel area shopping strip malls and thought the area was nice, and wide open!

After I was done browsing around Dicks Sporting goods, I drove back up Murphy road towards Renner road. The houses there seem pretty decent

If you did that route then you saw homes in Garland, Sachse, Richardson and Murphy along the way. Campbell/Blackburn and Murphy Rd is kinda the rough split.

I live up that way and love the location. Bob Woodruff park and Whiterock lake are pretty much equidistant about 15 mins away and Firewheel is a nice development that isn't as congested as others I've been to in the area.
