Let me clarify.. I know subdivisions in west allen quite well now. I wanted to know good subdivisions in Frisco just North of 121 with good schools and house in price range of 450k to 500k

You can check out Stonebryck Manor by Gehan Homes at the intersection of Hillcrest and Rolater...I believe its a 45 home new construction by Gehan Homes which is zoned to the below FISD schools. I am not sure about the lot sizes and amenities, but I believe the location is great for new construction in that part of Frisco which is completely built-out...
