Need a venue with a private room for a group of 30 people. Prefer to keep it under $30/head, under $25/head even better.

I don't know anything about this kind of stuff so a nudge in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys.

Not super exciting, but Blue Mesa fits the bill.

We had our (small) wedding reception on the rooftop of the downtown El Fenix. It was a very cool location and affordable (we were on a budget). I'm not sure if 30 is too small (we were at around 70-80 for our wedding) but I recommend it if it works for you.

Papacitos in Richardson has a private room not sure it's size but might work for you. I second blue Mesa too.

I'd avoid. The whole place smells like mildew and the food is kinda gross.

Buca di Beppo might work too

Booked on that date. Great suggestion though, it's a beautiful restaurant. You don't even feel like you're at the mall!

I think that Joe's Crab Shack (probably all locations, certainly the one on NW highway at 35) has a private room for that size as well.
