There are few homes which are ready to move in in Frisco and they are stilling on the market for more then 4 months because they are being labelled as 575,000 homes and nobody wants to buy them.
I am going to buy in Frisco, but I think I will still sit out for next 2 months for the right opportunity.

Yep, I'm getting those kinds of emails as well. Recently, I received an email from a builder with an entire page of homes already built or near completion, and all were discounted at least $25k (we're in a lower price bracket than you).
How much of that is seasonal though? The summer selling season is over, so does that mean the prices drop temporarily?

It's not quite ready yet, but it looked like it was nearly there.
