There are many companies in Dallas who offers 30% fee for group client discount (at least 10 or more homes). Lot of my friends who live in Plano/Frisco create a group of neighbors willing to protest together and then go with a company together to get 30% rate.

A lot of the companies are branching out to the main Metro areas because of some changes this year. You can call and ask them. Another company that has branched out and made waves in Dallas this past year is Patrick O'Connor's company based in Houston. They do a lot of volume.
