Just heard on news that south of downtown will go to 5 lanes each side on I-35, with 1-2 Express lanes! Should improve commute times significantly.

These Dallas mega-highways are no joke! It has taken me a little while to get used to how they shoot off onto yet another highway every few miles and the frequent left exits take some getting used to as well!

Yeah, construction has been ongoing for a while now. The project starts south of Downtown and ends at Kiest Blvd.

I-35 is part of NAFTA superhighway that spans from Canada, US to Mexico. That is important despite all the trade war talks. The stretch near Waxahachie is currently messed up right now with all the constructions going on.

I-35E North of 635 should have added another mainlane or two in each direction between 635 and 121. It still feels tight and unsafe even after all of that construction we just went through!
