Richardson apartments
Does anyone know anything about Camden Buckingham 430 E Buckingham Rd Richardson, TX? Or have any suggesions for apartments in Richardson ISD under $800 for a 1 bedroom?

The apartments themselves are very new, as are other complexed nearby. Keep in mind you will be very close to a liquor store. I have no problem with alcohol, just not sure if I would want to live next door to a liquor store.
Also there are some high crime/low rent areas just a few blocks away. I would recommend Clearwater Creek. It's far from any unsavory elements, and the area is pretty. Clearwater - Home
