Again!! Who said they are not? Read the posts properly before jumping and commenting. Why is it so difficult for people to understand the perspective within the post?

In general - yes they all are the same. If you get into specifics, forget about towns and cities, there will be a ton of differences just between neighborhoods across the street or homes within same neighborhood that one needs to take into account before purchasing and many things matter down to the specific home itself.

Example - like someone already said, there are "distinct" differences just within Plano - East, Central and West Plano regions are completely different from each other just within Plano itself if one has to drilldown to specifics. So, it is absolutely wrong to say all Plano is same. It is not. Same with other towns/places. Understand the context.

How hard is it for you to understand that these “differences” you cite are so minute and insignificant as to make no material difference.

GTFO

Why the hell are you so defensive about something so meaningless?

I will comment on whatever the hell I want. You are not that important.

Most of Collin County all looks the same.
Expensive homes on built on flat land that was once farms.

West side of each suburb tends to be more affluent. The east side tends to be more working class and country.

What? No one knows that McKinney is "unique by nature?"

Where else can you find a dentist and doughnut shop on every street corner within a 60 square mile area?

Don’t forget the mattress store, a Walmart and a Kroger.

Lol. Of course you can comment on whatever the hell you want. And you are doing it, I get that. No worries. And you will also have company from others. After all this is a public forum, you can do whatever the hell you want without even reading the posts completely. Now you can GTFO or do whatever the hell you want and also feel super pround about it. Lol, that's what some people do.

Wow, who knew there could be so much passion about a bunch of generic McMansions on pastureland?

To be fair, a donut shop on every corner probably leads to a dentist on every corner .

That’s what I don’t get either. All of those cities are basically the same, the schools are all basically the same quality - everything else is splitting hairs.

I guess the one variable would be taxes? But even those are pretty dang close.

Outside of commute times, your life in any of them at an upper middle class price point is going to be basically the same.
