By what possible logic do you not include; The lofts at Mockingbird Station, Munger Place, Junius Heights, oh it isn't worth naming the many other wonderful neighborhoods full of historic homes, great schools, and lots of families you left off. I'd be here all night.

is mocking bird station considered east dallas?

Depends on who you ask, some people do, some don't.
Based on other areas Bill included in his East Dallas area, which are adjacent to it, I concluded he would consider it so.

This is so off...have you ever been to East Dallas? I mean, if by "best" you mean "only the rich can afford to live there", then yes. But East Dallas is huge, and you've left off a ton of great little neighborhoods that are affordable, beautiful, safe and have great schools.

I would NEVER consider that area "East Dallas".

Yes. I live here.

Did you read the post at all? By "Best" I meant:

"These areas are the best of East Dallas, and have the nicest homes, the best neighborhoods (or even best portion of the neighborhood) and some of the highest values, lower crime, and not to mention they are some of the nicest and aesthetically pleasing parts of all of Dallas."

Sure there are a ton of neighborhoods that are great. If you look at my "Acceptable Places" thread, it includes most of East Dallas.

However, the places shown on the map in this post are the best of the best. There is no arguing with that.

Regardless, most people who live in the 'best' houses in East Dallas are happy and glad to have anyone as a guest who lives in any of the 'worst' houses.
