Do you mean a bison steak or steak with Buffalo sauce?

I know - chains - but Morton's and Ruth's Chris are good and consistent.

Lawry's and III Forks good too.

I like Bob's.

I guess I just like steak.

If you like prime rib, Houston's is good (I know, another chain) - and they have an off menu lunch portion that doesn't bust your budget when you are in the mood for prime rib.

Of course, there are also the Brazillian Churrascarias when you are seriously wanting MEAT. I prefer Fogo over Texas de Brazil. Again, for lunch there's a place in Frisco called Master Grill thats good and budget friendly(relatively)

Texas Roadhouse isn't half bad. I am a filet girl and I will eat their 6oz sirloin as it is cut like a filet, nice and THICK! The difference between Texas Roadhouse and other chains is they cut their own meat on site. They have decent tasting chili as well and I LOOOOOOOVE THEIR BREAD!
