I think they are just going to use the current buildings on the NCR campus to their liking. They will just renovate the buildings to however they feel the purpose is.

UDRI will be located within NCR's former HQ building. I've also heard certain grad programs will move there, but not sure if that will happen or not.

University of Dayton Research Institute. They do a lot of research in association with the nearby Air Force Research Labs and Air Force Material Command at Wright-Patt.

UDRI will also be affiliating with GE's new research center, which is going to be located next door.

I wish this guy luck. The real estate market hasn't really fully recovered here yet.

If you are to believe the new site plan for The Greene, it looks like there will be a number of new stores opening there in the near future. One's that have been announced include Ann Taylor, Bare Essentials, and a local restaurant called That Crepe Place. Sounds yummy!

One's that have not been announced, so their entry may not be finalized yet include Old Navy under the Phase II apartment's garage, a Fidelity Investment office next door to Old Navy, a full line Gap store next to Funny Bone's, Sprint in the strip of stores at the entrance, and an Express store between Limited and Charming Charlie's.

Since Gap owns Old Navy and Banana Republic, its not too surprising they are choosing to locate all their stores in one center for consildation purposes. I guess time will tell if they keep their Dayton Mall and Fairfield Mall locations. I have never seen an Old Navy in a town center concept, usually only in big box shopping centers, so that is interesting. Ann Taylor is returning to this market after leaving the Fairfield Mall in 2008. Express already has Fairfield Mall and Dayton Mall locations.

Again, I'd post a link to the new PDF from their website, but it keeps crashing on me unless I mess with it through a backdoor (meaning I keep clicking on it until it finally opens).
