I havent been able to contact my daughter. Are any of the fires near Sedalia? That's her mailing address, although her log house is on a mountainside in Pike National Forest.

I didn't realize it covered most of the state of Colorado. I would imagine that much smoke would
eventually impede the use of cell phones and other air wave services.

Really hope they get those fires under control soon. It was really scary here last year and I can only imagine whats it's like to be that close to something that huge and unpredictable.
Staying safe here but the firw is really scary and alarming with no containment as of now. Luckily no lives and properyy have been lost. Good thing we live 10mi away but the fire is still spreading.
