Sometimes there are lots of them and sometimes there is absolutely nothing.
I do have a 'free stuff to do with kids during the summer' master thread I'm going to post in the next week or so. Thought I would wait until closer to summer since I'm not allowed to bump threads. I hate that too since lots of stuff gets lost on back threads. I now keep a calendar with my free food and photos around town marked.
I can empathize-I'm still having punch list items being corrected-new construction-just tired of this already-just fix it already and leave me alone!
No. They screwed up......had to come back and basically start over on the last part, which is big....and totally in a ceiling...... They hope to be done on Thursday. In the family room, bar and library, (huge area), I can go anywhere and write 'dust me' on any surface.......
Has anybody ever noticed that all the little smileys move around? They trade places.....

I got up early to do laundry. I like doing laundry. I have errands today. I hate errands. If I were rich, I would immediately get a personal assistant to do all my driving around 'stuff' for me.

When I first noticed that the smileys were moving around, I thought I was nuts...(I think it was one of those nights when I was on here in the middle of the night)...and then I made it a point to remember which ones were in the first couple of positions when I last posted....I wonder why they do that...I was a programmer in another life...I know how code is written.....just don't understand why they rotate....
I didn't do laundry for a few days.......I have mountains in there today and am trying to weed through it.....
I think they might be done tomorrow......a girl can only hope...... I can write 'dust me' on every surface in that area so after they finish another new job for me begins......
Too bad we all live so far from each other Wurzig or we could pitch in and help you out. I actually love to dust. I like to clean period. I am weird.
I am watching a tornado special on PBS.....which is kinda odd feeling since it just happened in the area they are focusing on. What I didn't know is Florida got MORE tornadoes than Oklahoma. They just aren't as big since many are caused by ocean water spouts. I've only seen one of them in my lifetime and I lived on the beaches for many years. I guess they know what they are talking about.
Between the earthquake, flooding and tornadoes being in full force this year....I'm dreading hurricane season.
