^^^ Seaford has a new school superintendent who has only been on the job a few months. It might be worthwhile investigating to see if he might actually have solid plans to improve the schools before just writing off Seaford. Other than that, look at the neighboring communities of Bridgeville, Laurel, Delmar, Georgetown and Federaslburg.

Any luck yet? Not knowing of any rentals in that area I didn't throw my 2 cents in. However if you are still looking. Rehoboth Shores on Long Neck (Millsboro) does have mobiles for rent. (Pool & bayfront) It is an hour drive from Seaford, part of the Indian River School District.

I know of 3 vacant rentals, but each has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Rents are $675 and $775, all in Caesar Rodney School District. Probably too small for you.
