The area around Marsh Road and Philadelphia Pike down to Hillcrest Ave. What neighborhood would this be considered and how is the neighborhood as far as living conditions? Thanks in advance

I suppose that would be Penny Hill, just to the south of Bellefonte. There are some very lovely homes in that area. That's a pretty safe area. The Delaware State Police troop is about a quarter mile away. Many of my friends grew up right in that area, and none of them spoke ill of their neck of the woods.

It's pretty well located as far the burbs go. There's easy access to 95 and (obviously) 13. Plus, Bellevue State Park is a stone's throw away.

I wasnt sure if it was part of Bellefonte. For some reason zillow was calling the area Edgemoor. I associate Edgemoor with being more of the "hood"
