We are currently looking for apartments in the Westminster/Broomfield area preferably near 100th ave since our gyms will be nearby that area. Does anyone know of any GOOD apartments in this area? Or ones that include any type of utilities? It seems as though it would almost be the same price to find a home for rent if I have to pay for utilities on top of rent, but I haven't came across any on Craigslist so far. Any insight on apartments or even utility costs in this area would be helpful. I'm guessing our monthly take home will be anywhere from 3000-3600 once I secure a job so I would prefer to not pay more than 1000 if we have utilities to pay as well. Although, this may not be do-able from what I have seen so far.

Thanks again, local knowledge is always appreciated

Do you have google earth?

When I was looking for my current apartment I simply zoomed in on the area I was looking at moving to on google earth and then typed "apartments" in the search bar. This will immediately give you links to most of the apartments in the area via the main map, and from those links you can access the webpage of each apartment complex which will provide you with the answers you are looking for.

Download google earth from this link if you don't have it https://www.google.com/earth/explore/products/

Use the PC version of google earth since most mobile versions aren't as capable (at least mine isn't anyways).

In my opinion this is the best way to find an apartment and then decide which ones to go visit. Best of luck!

In regards to your comment on renting an apartment vs. a house, I would simply google "homes for rent in Westminster and Broomfield CO" and then compare the prices. Although unless you are renting a 3 bedroom apartment I wouldn't think that a house would be of comparable cost to an apartment. A one bedroom apartment in Denver is wicked expensive now, but it is still much less expensive than a 2-3 bedroom small house.

try this website if you'd like for info on homes for rent www.rentals.com

We stayed at Remington West apartments for a year when we first moved to Westminster.
No Complaints really, although their Youtube Promo Video advertises a 20 min. drive to Denver.
LOL, maybe in in 1999, but now much closer to 45min during rush hour. I36 is a brick from 7:30am - 9am.

Otherwise, fairly convenient
