Probably. Sometimes being in the right is small comfort when you lose.

I understand what that means, but I also understand that the US Supreme Court has ruled that some infringement is apparently okay. And what Supreme Court says is final.

BTW, it also says, "A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of the State...." This puts a condition on the right to bear arms. This clause, too, has been interpreted broadly

That gives an explanation for the necessity of the right to keep and bear arms, not a condition.

1) The guy is a jerk, and I'm happy with the outcome. If he wants to challenge the arrest in court and say that a county can't have concern/open carry laws and they must allow a gun under any circumstances. . good luck to him!

2) Etiquette. Being a person respectful of other people. Bringing a gun is just a jerk thing to do.

3) The theater is well within its rights to kick you out, even if a concealed carry law is on the books.

My question to all the anti-gun rights people:

If more laws, restrictions and policing are your answers to crime and personal safety, Why aren't maximum SECURITY prisons the safest possible places to be?

Come on now, it's a lefties wet dream...constant monitoring, access controls, the "man" watching everything you do...regulations restricting every possible vice, guns, weapons, drugs, rape etc. what's not to like about THAT? That's what you want the entire country to be like...so why are prisons so dangerous to be in?

A "lefties wet dream?" [sic] Hardly.

You are less likely to be murdered in prison, than on the outside, but more likely to be a victim of a violent crime. Prisons are dangerous because it is a concentration of violent people.

Prisons are more like the fascist police state advocated by those on the right.

FWIW:

the mortality rate in prison is 251 per 100,000 inmates; the mortality rate in the US is 793 per 100,000.

The homicide rate in the US is 4.78 per 100,000 people; the homicide rate in prison 4 per 100,000 inmates.

You are less likely to die in prison, than on the outside.

Now if you want to talk guns, a person in prison is far less likely to die from a gunshot in prison than on the outside.

Maybe you should start doing some research before you go shooting your mouth off (pun intended). And while you are at it, you might want to stick to arguing the issues and quit the ad hominem attacks on the left.

My point is there are no guns in prison and all the controls you want...and they are not safer! ...And all of YOUR numbers make my case!

MY research? What have I said that isn't true?

And...fascism isn't a right wing thing...it's so far to the left that it crosses round again!

..It's Socialism on steroids...state run everything.

Denver is a city and a county, with the same boundaries. One and the same. There are no other cities with in Denver County. You may be thinking of parts of Adams County that have Denver mailing addresses. Thats a USPS thing.
