Do not bother moving to my city of Arvada. We do not need you and your inconsiderate behavior. Please go somewhere else for your happiness, your pets and ours.

Seriously? This is why I don't want an HOA.

I never said my dog barks 24/7. I said my dog barks when the mail person delivers the mail.

If you want to make that into barking 24/7 go crazy.

You are foolish and not a nice person. All cities and all unincorporated areas have regulations governing noise from a barking dog with an HOA or without an HOA. If you know your dogs will bark, be courteous and take preventative action or dig in your pockets and buy a big piece of land away from sane people. I have taken people like you to court a number of times, over barking dogs and vicious dogs running loose; I won and they paid a big fine--so go somewhere else.

So what is your point? The dog may bark the mailman, It may bark at the people in adjoining properties. It may bark at children in the street. It may bark at walker on the sidewalk. It may bark at service and delivery people. It may bark at birds and squirrels. It can be annoying if "every time and all" is more than "sometimes". If your dog becomes that annoying it is your responsibility to take action.

I live in a neighborhood where most dogs do not bark at the mail carrier, so your statement is not always true. Most of the responsible nice dog owners, in my neighborhood, have taken corrective action as they should, but there are always some irresponsible owners.

You have signaled that you and your dogs will be obnoxious neighbors.
Please find a place with lots of space.
