I like to use outdoors fitness trails to get my workouts. You know, the kind where you jog or walk around a short trail which has several stations you can stop at and do exercises at (pull-ups, sit-ups, monkey bars, etc).

I can't find any in Denver, are there any?

Utah Park in Aurora has (or at least had last I was there 10 years ago) a 1 mile track around the perimeter with stations like that.

Awesome! That's only 3 miles away from. I'm going to check it out this afternoon!

Stop, it's Hammertime!

Utah parks has undergone 2 renovations since I was last there. Here's to hoping the fitness stations weren't a casualty of those renovations.

Let me know.

They need to get more people to rate them and make sure they get quality ratings and I think this would be a great resource.

I checked out Utah park in Aurora - it's a lovely park, but no fitness trail. It does have a nice playground area, but mainly for kids.

However, the Aurora parks brochure mentioned Horizons park has an exercise trail of some sort, so I will check that out this week.

They must have removed them in the renovations.

I checked out Horizons park. It does indeed have a small exercise station like the brochure said. It has exactly what I wanted, monkey bars, pull-up stations, and parallel bars for dips.
