There are still 2BR condos just above $200k in Aurora. Pretty good transit options too if that matters. The options and locations will certainly not be a match for Boulder, but neither are the prices.

I was going to say the same thing. We looked at some SFHs last summer, but were not impressed with the inventory at my price range ($350k or less). But there were a decent amount of condos and townhomes in the $200k range. We settled on a recently updated townhome in SE Denver for around $285k. I'm not sure what they will be at this upcoming summer season, but I imagine there will still be plenty in the $200k range, especially the further east you go.
