Good Morning Denver,

I am considering relocating to Denver for a promotion. I made 180k last year and I’m being offered 240k this year. I want to rent for a year to get the lay of the land while I decide if Denver is a good fit.

I want to live in a luxury high-rise community with 24 hour security, covered parking, pool, gym, and amazing community areas.

Please help me in my search for the best neighborhood to relocate to in Denver?

I am looking communities in Capitol Hill, Downtown, Cherry Creek, 5-points, and Cheesman park. Am I on the right track in terms of neighborhoods? Please rank them?

Buildigs I have taken a look at on “Apartments.com” are impressive, but im not sure where to start. I would really appreciate some recomendations based on personal experiences!

What are some of the best spots in Denver to meet the 20-24 educated professional female populous?

Is Denver a great city for singles? The dating pool in my current city is very weak!

Please feel free to give me personal experiences in Denver that will allow me to maximize my time in the city!

Best!!

In addition to your list, I would look in LoDo, RiNo, and LoHi.

This building just went up near me and would be a great location as well.

Thanks skydog77 I will add this property to my list. I will also take a closer look at the neighborhoods you recommend.

Just curious. What do you do for a living that you are making so much money at your age?

Just because he is looking for aged 20-24 females doesn't mean he is that age, too...

That income suggests he could be a doctor, again makes me wonder about his age - would more likely be a minimum of late 20s if a doctor.

Also would be helpful to know where this fab job is located in Denver.

Read the thread title. He’s 26.

What SkyDog said. I wasn't assuming anything. He could be a doctor but 26 is a little young to be making that much unless he graduated from high school really early. He could be an attorney but again 26 is really young to be making bank for that type of career.

Just my curiosity, nothing more.

Thanks for the responses guys!

The Luxury Buildings with all of the amenities I require seem to be concentrated in a few neighborhoods.

What are your opinions on:

LoHi:

Centric LoHi

Infinity LoHi

LODO:

The Confluence

Union Denver

Capitol Hill:

1000 Speer by Windsor

Acoma

Cherry Creek:

Steele Creek

Coda

In addition to getting some opinions on these properties and neighborhoods can someone give me some information on Nightlife and Denver culture?

Best

Probably will also want to make sure the alarm is functioning on the 718.

Given his use of "reply's," neither doctor nor lawyer is likely.
