Looking for apartment and seen that in their leases they say no marijuana smoking. I get that it is federally illegal however are there any complexes that allow it?

No

Every apartment community I've seen around here are all against open smoking in the property
Maybe some place in Arvada or Aurora is open to it but I'd bet all of them are against it in the open

Can't you do what you want inside?

It's not supposed to be in public view I believe, so not out in the deck, but I can't imagine inside anyone would care unless it was seeping into their apartment.

Unless it goes in to the apartment next door or above you. Good way to get kicked out if it violates your lease.

I think it is not so much that people don't want marijuana in their rentals, but they don't want smoking in general, because the smell lingers and is difficult to remove, which brings down the value of the property. They likely don't have any rules about edibles.

Just stick with edibles. Easier on the lungs too, but obviously requires a little more planning.

This. It's so much easier and nicer and more convenient, even if they do take a bit to kick in. And you can dose how much you want. It's cleaner for your body and cleaner for everything around you.

I doubt you'd want to be in an apartment that was lenient on smoking... They are trashy.

You can always vape. Edibles have the tendency to make you lazy and immobile for 8+ hours with unpredictable effects. Vaping is almost odorless and healthier than smoking. It's also a more efficient way to consume the product.

Just take a sativa edible and not an indica edible and lower the dosage. If you're immobile for 8 hours after an edible, you did something wrong.

As a [I play one on TV] landlord, why would I allow smoking of any kind inside or outside?
