And, you are totally right about the rental pricing emm74. It basically starts at 1500 almost everywhere in Aurora no matter I go south or east or west. I gave up on the pricing and just concentrating on safety and a good school close by..

Any thoughts on heather ridge and village east ? They both are side by side but I read contrasting views on Trulia. Even most of the apartments reviews differ a lot on what we read on google n what we read on websites like apartments.com.

i am impressed by a neighborhood about:
South Waco St Aurora CO 80015
its more single family homes but seems nice. There is a neighborhood school you and your child can walk to.

I moved to Denver in 2013 and I would not be able to afford today's pricing.

I'm glad I gave some helpful info. I am not too familiar with specific neighborhoods in Aurora so can't comment on the ones you asked about.
