Also, the fact that there are so many sunny days in Denver is going to be great - I am so tired of all the cloudy northern Ohio days that I have had to live with my whole life.

Also, by salary-based jobs I meant 2 teaching jobs (which I know also isn't much). However, I'm not sure if either of us are going to be able to get teaching positions, so therefore mean is it possible to live comfortably and still have some fun with, say, 2 restaurant/serving jobs? I'm sorry, it's just that this will be the first time I'm going to be supporting myself (without parents' help) and I want to make sure we can do it while still enjoying the fun city/mountain life. I just don't have the experience to judge for myself - my fiance is all about the move either way... I'm just trying to be at least a little smart about the whole money aspect!

The traffic going up to those mountains on the weekends are absolute madness. I've seen too often a 1 hr drive turn into 3+ hours.

I graduated from Lake Erie College with a middle school ed. degree in Dec, 2008. My boyfriend is 7-12, graduated from John Carroll and is currently teaching 8th grade science & 10th grade biology (his first year). I am not too sure how the job market is out there, but with the population constantly rising in CO, I can only speculate that it would be better than Cleveland. It seems that school systems are cutting more than hiring here.
