Yikes! We've got it lucky here. (I should say home buyers have it lucky here.)

I bet if they reduced the requirements to 3 bedrooms, many more metro Detroit suburbs would be on the list. 4 bedrooms were not very common in the early suburbs like Eastpointe.

Some of the bungalows in Eastpointe (seems more common in brick areas of Harper Woods, though) had the attic finished into TWO very small bedrooms.
