I LOVE Intermittent Fasting. I started doing it a couple months back and I've never looked back. An 18 hour fast with a 6 hour eating window works best for me. Whenever I have my cheat day I like to go with a 20/4 split either the day before or the day after
I been on the 16:8 fast since Feb. 20. I can eat during the time from 7 am to 3 pm each day. I only drink water during the rest of the 24 hours. I am feeling great and have so much energy. I've lost 10 pounds so far. I've tried the low carb route and it did not seem doable for me. So many food restrictions. I don't gorge on food. I can eat fruit. I make sure to have a calorie deficit. Intermittent fasting is the way to go for me. It is so easy and I am feeling so good.
