Gimmick, since you body naturally produces testosterone when you work out and build lean muscles. When you have too much fat your body produces more estrogen which contributes to fat storage.

You goal is to change the body hormonal production. Doing these gimmick therapy do nothing more than give you more pimples and facial hair.

There are many individuals who wants to lose weight quickly and will do lots of methods for this, but reducing weight quickly is not an easy task and for that using unnecessary formula's will harm your health. Hence, if you are serious for losing weight then consult with some specialist regarding to your diet plan.

The trouble with fast weight loss that it tends to bounce back and worst it can double up the pounds you have lost. I read somewhere that it is much much safer to lose 1 lb per week rather that losing a whole bunch of 10 lbs. We should give our body the benefit of adjusting to whatever diet we have to avoid any side effects.

When its about the weight loss a proper planning is necessary because sometimes you choose some wrong ways to lose weight fast that results bad impact on your health. So be careful when going to lose weight, take your time and doing regular exercise.

There are even some horror stories about weight loss like yellowing teeth or hair loss. What is worse are the side effects that we do not really see when your diet or "weight loss" program is not the right one for ones body.

Hi,
Do you have any plan to follow or what kinds of exercises do you do?

Regards,
Eliza

I have my lessons learned the hard way. Suffered hair loss when I was on a diet last year. Never doing that again.

t is true that many people find it easier to lose weight on a low carb diet because they feel less hungry. There are many ways to lose weight and all of them require you to reduce the number of calories you ingest. If you have a large appetite there may be benefits to a low carb eating plan.

I have been successful losing weight on a restricted carb diet.

Edited to add: I am not a fan of the newer super high fat/low protein ketogenic diets. I think you need to eat enough protein to maintain health. I follow the old Atkins plan which encourages more protein than some of the newer plans.

I lost a lot of hair when I lost my weight too...I've lost 175lbs and I joke that a pound or two of that was hair. Not having hair won't kill me though and the weight was killing me, so I don't regret it.

I've done very extreme diets before and never experienced hair loss. The only way I can see that possibly happening is if you were seriously deficient in nutrients, or it was a simple coincidence.
