It wasn't Alli. I still don't know what it was! It had to be some kind of magic bullet because she took off a ton of weight and she's kept it off for a year. And it's not like she has changed her eating habits.
I have had some luck with the Green Tea pills, combined with exercise, protein bars & fiber. My downfall is carbs - sweets & bread....so I have belly fat. Has anyone tried Relacore? Their ads made me think it could be for me since it targets that zone. I am too afraid to try it though!
Dont buy pills. Just eat better versions of the stuff you like. (whole grains, stuff sweetened with fruit juice, agave, cane sugar juice)
Relacore - my guy tried it. He had better results listening to me. LOL
But really. It didnt do much at all for him.
Stop eating protien bars and eat real protien in a simple form.(milk, meat, nuts)
The less processed stuff you eat the less bloaty you will be in the tummy.
Well good luck. I have taken dang near every diet pill known to man, Fastin, Tenuate, Meridia, even Acomplia which isn't even approved by the FDA, ephedra, even Ritalin and NONE OF THEM WORK. Let me repeat that for empahsis...
NONE OF THEM WORK!!!!!
If you find out what it was, exactly, please share the information with the ret of us or send a DM to me, because I am fresh out of ideas.

Ephedra most certainly DOES work. It works best when stacked with caffeine and aspirin (if you hear people talk about an ECA stack, that's what they're talking about). I know this, because I've taken it. I still have a few bottles lying around actually.
