I can almost assure everyone that Michael Vick is still involved in this kind of "sport". Only this time he is being much more discrete. People who enjoy seeing animals abused and tortured have a mental illness and prison time isnt going to cure that. He is big money to the NFL and they will turn a blind eye. I will take pond scum over MV anytime.
Disgusting. The penalties for mistreating animals seems just as ineffective there as it is here. Hope that poor dog is in a better place now. The judge sounds like an idiot too.
I'll be honest - I didn't open the link because I don't handle these kinds of stories very well. I am, however, familiar with the Michael Vick case and the title pretty much told me all I needed to know.
So glad this dog got a chance to live in a loving home.
I hope MV gets hit in the head a few too many times and becomes totally demented well before his time. Dropping dead would work, too.
