Zuma is a nut case but as president of SA he is capable of causing great harm to animals through enforcement policies on cruelty to animals. Thankfully, only the Young Communist League seems to be supporting him at this time. But there are people who think this way and who would slaughter our beloved pets. These people aren't limited to a particular race.
Pets are the mark of a decent and loving society irrespective of race or culture.
