Thanks again for the tips. She's almost done with her round if antibiotics and I plan to have her urine tested again in two days--just to see if this whole thing is one infection that just never went away. Plus, I'll consult with the vet and go from there.
Try the ACV - it can't hurt. A tablespoon for them is like a gallon of cranberry juice for us. So many antibiotics aren't good for her if a natural remedy will work.
And fluids. Hell, I'd hook up sub-q fluids if I had to to flush that bacteria out of the bladder. But I drowned my dog's ACV in a LARGE bowl of water (with tuna, so she'd drink it) to get her to 1) acidify her bladder to repel bacteria and 2) flush the bacteria out.
Since vinegar seem to help with everything imaginable, I googled it and voila!!
Add Apple cider vinegar to her drinking water. One of the best dog UTI home remedies is apple cider vinegar. Add organic, raw apple cider vinegar to the pet's drinking water twice a day. Vinegar helps create an acidic environment to kill E.coli bacteria causing the UTI. https://www.google.com/webhp?hl=en#h...ection+vinegar
(I kinda doubt a dog would drink vinegar, so maybe give it to her some other way dann putting her water supply)
This article gives a good rundown on UTI's as well as stones. It's a long, albeit, good read. You could skip down to the At-Home Urinary Tract Infection Prevention section although the section right above it might be helpful in your situation. It discusses requesting a urinary culture and sensitivity test as urinalysis may frequently come back as normal when there is indeed an infection. This occurs as frequently as 20% of the time.
You are a great mom to notice it as I think many people miss UTI's until there is a problem. I really think you would enjoy the journal I linked to below. Their articles are jam packed with current information in laymen's terms.

They get used to a dilute amount in their drinking water. I can't say how much because I never did it all the time, just a tablespoon in a giant bowl of water with tuna plopped in to get her to drink it.
someone else surely will have a better suggestion than tuna to get your dog to drink the tablespoon a day for 4 days or a week for UTI.
Maybe just syringe it into the dog's mouth straight? My cats accept that, maybe your dog will. And then make broth to get her to drink lots and lots of water to flush bacteria out. Or get sub-q fluids. More than one way to get in the ACV and the extra water for flushing ........

By ACV I meant Apple Cider Vinegar. sorry I didn't spell it out.
Well, she's peeing clear (no more bacteria). I'm going to try the Apple cider vinegar. People here mentioned it and so did the vet tech. If nothing else, it can't hurt. Now... how to get her to drink it!
Apple cider vinegar didn't work. She has another UTI. I caught this one early though. I'm getting too good at this.
The vet suggested cranberry extract (they make a cranberry supplement for dogs). So I'm trying that. Of course, I have antibiotics for her again.
