I went to pick Britches up last night and it was kind of bizarre. He walked in and came up to me like a stranger he liked. Not much of an idea who I was and terribly confused when his dad left.

It was already dark out at 8 o’clock, but we still went outback to the field. (We met up at the storefront) I got a chance to mess with him and I could see my little Britches in there, but he was so standoffish. When he got back in the car he started catching on and remembering who I was. He’s gained about 10 pounds of muscle in his chest and rear legs; which makes me VERY happy. He was to lanky for me and now he looks like a real pit with a nice build. He may just get that flirt pole now. That puts him at about 60lbs.

** Sorry about the quality; either blurry without a flash or lazer eyes with a flash**

Then once we were home he went straight outback to greet the other dogs. You could tell they remembered him, but there was all kinds of hair rising and grumbling going on. Within 2-3 minutes everything was back to normal. They were running the yard and rolling all over each other.

Within 20 minutes he’d found the pool and had gotten in..

I think he missed the pool

Before when he was here Ted couldn’t be on the ground because Britches was still in puppy phase and too rough. He went to live with a dane and a cat; where he I guess learned to be around smaller animals and not smoosh them. So I brought Buster, Mahalo, and Duncan in and took Teddie and Neville out. He surprised me as to how good he was!

He isn’t such a great listener, but is catching back onto the rules fast. He’s back to the same pace. Before eating he’s put in a sit/stay until released. And I practiced a down stay with Duncan, Britches, Buster and Mahalo this morning. They all did fantastic.

And here is his wink for the ladies..

Lol have a great day everyone

He is such a good boy! It's great to see pictures of him again!
You really have your hands full with so many dogs Teddie. It would be like having 6 children under the age of 3. Thanks for providing him with a loving home again. Next time he gets adopted, I'm hoping it's to a forever family, with a huge pool!

Thanks for giving me my Britches fix, Teddie! I was wondering where the pics were but didn't want to be a PITA and be pestering you. He does look like a teen now doesn't he? But yeah, I'll take that wink any old time.

And so continues the Britches saga! I'm watching it like a soap opera, and waiting for the happy ending!
