i can;t click but I hope the ASPCA Unit and even the PETA fanatics have already been sicced on those scumbag subhuman life forms doing this. Scum like this are as bad as people like vick-o the sicko's cronies and should be exterminated from this planet in a very inhumane fashion! .Bet these scumbags also abuse children which would be no surprise whatsoever.

they don't say..... it appears that the property owner was tipped off by the police officer that was talking to her..... came out and removed all 3 of the malnourished and neglected dogs.......

the property owner confirmed that the obviously very ill dog had died during the night before..... nothing was said about the other 2...... or how the ill dog died.......

Broke my heart to watch both videos. I just wanted to reach out and snatch those dogs!

Watching the dog who couldn't walk, was probably brain damaged from drinking the green water!

This is indeed a very sad story. It is a shame that the police were unwilling to help and that the person that wanted to rescue the dogs was not allowed too. The fact the dogs were the way they were does suggest abuse and people should be allowed to help an abused animal or at very least be able to turn to the police for help them when animal control is "off duty". The system failed these poor dogs.

Looking at the tapes my guess would be the poor dog with the head tilt had Vestibular disease as he had the classic head tilt and the classic ataxia. Sometimes it is caused by treatable reasons and some times not or it can be idiopathic so usually there is not much you can do but wait for the dog to improve. That makes me less upset at that part of his condition despite it being difficult to see : However, the fact they were so underweight , had coats so matted, had filthy water and lived in a disgusting feces filled environment does spell animal abuse. That should have lead to the dogs being taken away and not to calling the abuser to come get them. I guess if you are friends with the right people you can do as you please. Sad state of affairs.
