I attended Glynn Academy in a small town called Brunswick,Georgia
I am now on my way to moving to Las Vegas
My School Colors were red and white
And I really don't know about my mascot
To me it looked like a satanic dog- glynn.schooldesk.net/Default.aspx?alias=glynn.schooldesk.net/academy
During my freshman and sophomore year we were the Apaches and the colors were golden yellow and burgundy. But, during my sophomore year there was some kind of class action law suit proposed by Native Americans that forbad sports teams from using their likeness as mascots, so we had to change our mascot. There was a whole list of possible mascots that we got to vote on. Two of the choices that remain in my memory were the Toads and the Salamanders. Believe me, I voted for the Toads. Everyone that I knew voted on a different choice; the Trojans. However, I must add that their vote had nothing to do with the ancient warriors, but had everything to do with the condom (hey, they were teenagers, what do you expect?).
In the end we wound up being the Bulldogs and the colors were changed to silver and burgundy; which was not as cool as my junior high mascot which was the Hustling Hornets and our colors were yellow and green.
You had a rating????? Oh my word! I would have hated that. I have no idea where I came in, but let's just say that academics wasn't my primary concern in high school! Thankfully, I started to get better to college.

And not only did we not have a fight song, but the football program was discontinued in my senior year for lack of able-bodied participants. We were not exactly what you'd call a powerhouse in the sports world.
A big sports school.. My senior year we won the National Championship (USA Today) for Football
