Hard to say without more information but generally it depends on 1) how severe the grievance was 2) whether the professor has tenure and 3) what grade you are getting in the class.
If you are a young woman who is getting an A and your adjunct prof made a pass at you, you are looking good. If it was something like the "N" word, that's a definite. If your professor said something rude and you have a C, well, I wouldn't bother.
We had a professor hitting on a student continuously and the student was becoming a nervous wreck. We went to the Dean and there was a kind of quite investigation by the school and the professor wound up taking early retirement.
Do you have evidence or past experiences to back up your comments??
