I know that Cielo Vista and the Fountains both went after an H&M store recently, but it looks like the Outlet Shoppes beat them to the punch and was able to get the first H&M store in El Paso.

I don't know too much about H&M, but I do know that this Swedish retailer is one of the most popular stores out there atm, so thats always a good thing for EP.

Other stores included in the Outlet Shoppes expansion so far are Love Culture, New York & Company and Destination Maternity. More stores will be announced as the expansion moves forward.

H&M is super cheap clothing that actually looks pretty good. Frankly I'm surprised it took them this long to realize the potential of the EP market.

H&M was going to the fountains until Simon got involved and H&M decided to look elsewhere

the Outlet Mall is about to get lucky. Have you guys been down Doniphan lately? Big new road--I assume it's part of the "loop" but not sure;running directly from Doniphan to the Outlet Mall, and by extension, to and from the Outlet Mall from Artcraft to the border.

Also, Abundant Living Faith Center is building a campus directly across the freeway from there.

What you saw there was the new Spur 16, it looks like it is going to be opened in the summer of this year. It is being built to help alleviate traffic in that area and also to make it easier to go from Loop 375 to Artcraft and vice versa.

Originally it was called "Spur 276", but recently for some reason, TXDOT has changed it to "Spur 16".

You're welcome VW, yeah hopefully it will help people move around easier in that area. I've seen it get really packed in that intersection.

Is this the outlet mall out west on the 10? I stopped there on my last journey from Houston to LA. It looked really nice and we hit some great sales before getting back on the road. It is so nice to see El Paso growing like a weed the last few years I've driven through it. I'm always surprised to find nice new stuff.
