Yes, only the bad people live in Juarez, and all the good people live in E.P. And if you believe that, you might believe the one about the frog that turned into a handsome prince.

El Paso has plenty of crime, but this city is not really metropolitan. It is like one big neighborhood of Home Depot type houses, and lots of strip malls. Not much else.

It's funny how many people actually believe that. For some reason, the "good" people can all figure out how to get over the border, but the "bad" people cannot.

It's obvious in recent news stories that many of the bad people are in El Paso but go back home now and then to commit atrocious crimes there. Maybe it has something to do with all the cameras here, the chances of getting caught here, not because crossing over the border somehow reforms anyone.

The mexican justice system is a joke. It's either corrupt or incompetent or both, hence all their crime problems.

What does having a low black population have anything to do with El Paso being safe?
Please watch it.

El Paso is over 80% Latino. Latino men tend to stay at home with their Mom's until they get married - so they have fewer opportunities to make their own bad decisions.

Meh, I don't know how true that ever was and especially how true it is now. Do you have any data to back that up. Your posts are usually well researched.

A threat? Check the crime rates of America's largest cities. This should give you the answer to your question. Also, check the racial demographics of any given prison population.

Wouldn't it depend on which prison in which part of the country?
