Big deal. The election is in November. One poll five months before the election is pretty much meaningless - except to those who have nothing else to live for.
until the week prior to elections I think all polls are pretty meaningless, but let's face it, we all pay attention when they show "our side" winning, you do, I do, we all do... I think it is called bragging rights, even if it is only for a week, day or month.
Do you care to offer an explanation on why Rasmussen's #'s have been no where remotely close to any other pollster in a multitude of races??
Perhaps you can explain why they were the most accurate in the 2008 race? It is because they use only LIKELY voters.
