Yes, that's right (that was a stupid thing for me to say), but collective bargaining is not a constitutional right.

I never meant that workers didn't have a constitutional right to "assemble," just that they don't have a constitutional right to make demands, be able to strike without being fired, etc.

I hear Walker is flying all over the country, outside Wisconsin, to raise millions to fight a political campaign to save his governorship. I also hear there may be a backlash against all this out-of-state fundraising he is doing.
