Thats not deregulations and simply singing a piece of paper saying you're in compliance, doesnt mean its deregulated. Im not spending all day reading your stupid links because you arent discussing what was said..

Again, the topic was that Bush deregulated, I asked what.. You havet provided me an answer but thought that moving the bar when you couldnt list them would be acceptable. Its not.
